Atisa è fra le prime società del settore ad aver allestito al propriointerno una speciale camera riverberante di precisione di 240m3, conforme alla norma ISO 3741, certificata il 05/05/1993dall’Istituto Elettrotecnico Nazionale Galileo Ferraris per poter rile-vare i livelli di potenza sonora emessi dai propri apparecchi. Èinoltre allestita una camera calorimetrica per prove e rilievi diemissioni termiche sia in raffreddamento che in riscaldamento.

The fan coil serie hereafter listed, produced in ourworkshop located in Bareggio, are characterized by highperformances, modern design, low sound emission and,above all, they are EUROVENT certified. The elementsused for the realization of our fan coils are of primarychoice and of high quality.Fan coils are manufactured with left standard connectionsthat can be easily inverted on site by rotating theexchanger of 180° (for more and detailed information,please refer to the technical catalogues).

CASINGMade of prepainted galvanized sheet, standard colourwhite RAL 9010, internally insulated with acoustic and self-extinguish lining.Heat resistant air supply grilles are made ABS RAL 9002.

CHASSISMade of primary choice galvanized sheet, internally insulatedwith acoustic and self-extinguish lining.

HEAT EXCHANGERCopper tubes and aluminium fins, collectors manufacturedfrom die cast brass with female BSP thread connections;fitted with a manual air vent and drain plug. The exchanger is tested at a pressure of 15 ATE.Possibility to add 1 row heat exchanger (Eurovent certified)or 2 row heat exchanger, for provided sizes, (not Euroventcertified) for 4 tube plants.

FAN SECTION• FAN: double inlet type with ALUMINIUM centrifugal

impellers, forward blades, statically and dynamicallybalanced, directly coupled to the motor.

• MOTOR: single phase 230V-50 Hz. Induction typefitted with condenser and internal thermal protection. IP 42 protection class – 6 rotation speed of which 3connected.In accordance with EC standards in force.

MAIN DRAIN PAN• VERTICAL MODELS: made of first grade galvanized

sheet, externally coated with self extinguish and anticondensate mat.

• HORIZONTAL MODELS: made of ABS

FILTERAcrylic fibre media contained into a galvanized sheetframe with mesh on both side.

SCATOLE COMANDO

Scatole comando per installazione a bordo macchina oremota, realizzate in ABS meccanicamente indeformabile,colore RAL 9002, conformi alle normative di Bassa Tensione,Compatibilità Elettromagnetica e RoHS. Tensione di alimentazione 230V / 1 / 50Hz.Per l' installazione remota è prevista una basetta per il fissag-gio a parete (accessorio WS) sulla quale la scatola comandoviene fissata ad incastro.Tutte le scatole comando sono previste di una morsettiera avite per il fissaggio dei cavi.Tutte le informazioni di seguito riportate riguardanti levarie tipologie di scatola comandi, sono di carattere gene-rale; per un corretto funzionamento riferirsi alle istruzionifornite a corredo di ogni scatola comando:

Control boxes are designed for board or remoteinstallation. They are realized in stress-resistant ABSmaterial, RAL 9002 colour and manufacturedaccording to Low Voltage, ECM and RoHS.Electric supply 230V / 1 / 50Hz.For remote installation it is forecasted a plastic sideboard (accessory WS) on wich the control boardis framed.All control boxes are equipped of screw terminalboard for cable connections.

Sono disponibili i seguenti comandi:Selettore ON-OFF - ESTATE/INVERNO (A).Selettore 3 velocità fisse + controllo velocità inautomatico (B).Selettore per l' impostazione della temperaturadesiderata (C).Tramite il selettore a 4 posizioni (B) è possibileselezionare una delle 3 velocità fisse di attiva-zione del ventilatore; in alternativa, selezionan-do la posizione AUTO, le velocità del ventila-tore variano automaticamente al variare dellatemperatura ambiente.La scatola comandi, secondo i collegamenti,puo' funzionare con o senza termostato di mini-ma (SM) e/o una sonda acqua (SH); è inoltrepossibile collegare una sonda aria remota (RS).Il dispositivo è in grado di controllare una val-vola di regolazione ON-OFF per impianti a 2tubi, oppure 2 valvole di regolazione ON-OFFindipendenti per impianti a 4 tubi.Oltre ad includere la funzione di destratificazio-ne, la scatola comandi è prevista per collega-mento ad un contatto finestra.
