En el año 1989 Cilindros y Cromados S.L. inició suactividad de fabricación de Cilindros Hidráulicosdestinados a Maquinaria Agrícola, Industrial y deObras Públicas.

Desde entonces, con el fin de ofrecer otrasalternativas al mercado de Cilindros Hidráulicos, seha venido diseñando y fabricando CilindrosHidráulicos Estándar de Simple Efecto, englobadosen la Serie 600, y Cilindros Hidráulicos Estándar deDoble efecto dentro de nuestra Serie 700, siendoel primer fabricante en España en ofrecer estaalternativa lo que nos ha permitido obtener muybuenos resultados en la calidad, plazo de entregay precios de los mismos.

Siguiendo con nuestra estrategia empresarial, hemosapostado decididamente por la innovación y lasnuevas tecnologías como base de nuestro negocioy de la satisfacción de nuestros clientes, de tal formaque a principios del año 2003 se inicia un proyectode I+D+i para aplicar la tecnología a lasoldadura de Cilindros Hidráulicos. Después de másde dos años de investigación, modelización porelementos finitos, desarrollos, pruebas y colaboracióncon Institutos Tecnológicos, se consigue implantarcon éxito la soldadura en la producción deCilindros Hidráulicos, teniendo el sistema patentadoy siendo en estos momentos el único fabricante enel ámbito mundial que utiliza este proceso.

La precisión del , que focaliza toda la energíadel proceso en el lugar en que se van a unir laspartes, hace que la deformación sea prácticamenteinexistente y permite una fabricación integradaque mejora las operaciones de fabricación y montaje.Las costuras en la fusión son mas estrechas y laprofundidad es superior a sistemas tradicionales,mejorando el aspecto exterior del cilindro y lacalidad de las uniones.

In 1989 Cilindros y Cromados S.L. beganmanufacturing Hydraulic Cylinders for Agricultural,Industrial and Public Works machinery.

Since then, and in order to offer other alternativesto the market of Hydraulic Cylinders, we havedesigned and manufactured Standard Single ActingHydraulic Cylinders – series 600 – and StandardDouble Acting Hydraulic Cylinders – series 700. Cicrowas the first manufacturer in Spain that offeredthis alternative with great results in quality, deliverytime and prices.

Following this corporative strategy, we havedefinitively bet on innovation and new technologiesas a base for our business and our customers’satisfaction. Therefore at the beginning of 2003Cicro started a R&D+i project in order to implementthe technology for the welding of HydraulicCylinders. After more than two years ofinvestigations, finite-element model-makings anddevelopments, and in collaboration with severalspecialised technology institutes, the weldingfor hydraulic cylinders is successfully implanted. Thesystem has been patented, and so far Cicro is theonly worldwide manufacturer that features thisprocess.

ESTANQUEIDAD Vástago

- Collarín: Junta compacta termoplástica de poliuretano de doble labio. - Rascador metálico. Pistón

- Pistón monoblock: Junta de poliuretano que incorpora junta tórica más guías para un preciso y suave recorrido del pistón que facilita la disminución de las vibraciones mecánicas. - De dos piezas: Elemento de resistencia elástico en caucho nitrilico de múltiples labios. Estático

- Junta tórica NBR 70 shore. - Guía estanca freno de poliamida.

MATERIALES Vástago

- Acero F-1140 cromado (20 μm min.), tolerancia sobre el diámetro ISO f7 y dureza mínima sobre el recubrimiento de 900 HV. Tubo

- Acero ST 52.3 BK según norma DIN 2393. - Acero ST 52 BK+S según norma DIN 2391. Cabeza

- Acero F-1140 tratado (nitrurado).

ACABADOSImprimación en color negro (posibillidad de otrosacabados, consultar).

RECOMENDACIONES- Proteger el circuito del cilindro con un limitador de presión de 200 Kg/cm2 y un filtro.- Purgar el circuito desatornillando ligeramente los racores de alimentación antes del primer servicio.- No soldar sobre el tubo, desmontar el cilindro para soldar sobre el vástago o sobre el fondo.- Para almacenamiento prolongado a la intemperie, el vástago debe de estar completamente introducido en el tubo, en caso contrario el vástago debe estar engrasado.- Para limpiezas del cilindro a alta presión previamente debe protegerse el vástago.- En ningún caso el cilindro debe ser usado como tope mecánico.- Verificar el estado de pureza del fluido (cuerpos extraños).- Para cilindros de doble efecto que vayan a trabajar como simple efecto es recomendable conectar el racor no utilizado al tanque.

- Hard chrome plated steel F-1140 (20 μm min.), tolerance on diameter ISO f7 and minimum hardness on surface 900 HV. Tube

- Nitrited steel F-1140 (nitride hardening).

FINISHBlack prime painting (for other possibilities, pleaseconsult).

RECOMMENDATIONS- Protect the cylinder circuit by means of a 200 kg/cm2 relief valve and a filter.

- Bleed the air from the circuit by slightly loosing the fittings before the first operation.

- Do not weld on the tube. Dismount the cylinder to weld on the rod or on the base.

- In case of a long storage in bad weather conditions, the rod must be completely retracted or it must be greased instead.

- For high pressure cleaning of the cylinder, you must protect the rod first.

- In any case should the cylinder be used as a mechanical limit stop.

- For double acting cylinders working as single acting, it is essential to connect the unused oil port to the tank.

DISEÑO Cuerpo exterior y vástago en tubo sin soldadura 20

MV 6. El vástago y el tubo están nitrurados (tratamiento anti-gripante), y el vástago está pulido (Ra 0,2) μm. El pié de apoyo está tratado con cataforesis.

RECOMENDACIONES1. Comprobar la limpieza del aceite.2. No soldar sobre el vástago o tubo.3. En caso de almacenaje prolongado en condiciones atmosféricas adversas, proteger o engrasar el vástago.4. Al alimentar el pie hidráulico mediante un distribuidor, es necesario tener en cuenta la pérdida de carga de éste por el retroceso completo de la pieza.

RECOMMENDATIONS1. Check the oil cleanness.2. Do not weld on rod or tube.3. For a long storage in bad weather conditions, the rod should be retracted or greased.4. When using a valve to retract the rod, mind the pressure drop through the valve and lenght of the pipe work, for a good return of the rod.

Cilindros telescópicos desimple efecto

Single acting telescopiccylinders

Presión de utilización 200 Kg/cm2 (200 bar ; 2842 psi). Velocidad máxima de utilización 0,2 m/s. Temperatura: -30 ºC a + 90 ºC. Aceite hidráulico mineral.

ESTANQUEIDAD Sobre cada manga junta de vástago y rascador en

poliuretano.

DISEÑO Todas las mangas son de acero ST-52 sin soldadura

y se las somete a un tratamiento superficial de nitruración que aumenta enormemente la resistencia al gripaje, la fatiga y la corrosión. La longitud del manguito de alimentación es

suficiente para permitir el montaje de una válvula de seguridad (excepto en las referencias 294 y 295).

RECOMENDACIONES1. Proteger el circuito hidráulico con un limitador de presión, una válvula paracaídas y un filtro2. Para almacenamiento prolongado a la intemperie los elementos del cilindro (mangas y vástago) deben encontrase cerrados o en caso contrario engrasados.3. En los cilindros equipados con rotula, es la fuerza máxima admisible por la rotula lo que determina la elección del cilindro.4. Nunca debe soldarse sobre el tubo.

SEALS All stages with polyurethane seals and wiper seals.

DESIGN Every stage is from seamless steel tube St-52 and they

are nitrited (nitride hardening) so as to increase resistance against seizing, wearing and corrosion. The oil port thread length allows the mounting of

a safety valve (except on type 294 and 295).

RECOMMENDATIONS1. Protect the hydraulic circuit by means of a relief valve, a safety valve and a filter.2. For a long storage in bad weather conditions, the stages should be retracted or greased.3. Cylinders with ball-joint end must be chosen by the maximum force supported on the ball joint.4. Do not weld on the tube.

Condiciones generales de venta

GeneralidadesEstas condiciones generales de venta son aplicables con independencia de las condiciones particulares de compra del cliente. Cualquier tipode modificación a un pedido en firme por parte de un cliente sólo se considerará aceptada si ha sido aprobada por escrito por CICRO. Todala información contenida en catálogos y listas de precios sólo se facilita a título informativo.

Los pedidos aceptados por nuestro departamento de ventas presuponen la aceptación de nuestras Condiciones Generales de Venta.

Pedidos y OfertasTodos los precios de nuestra tarifa son de fabricación de productos estándar. Para cualquier pedido de productos especiales la oferta seadecuará al caso particular.

Modificación de pedidos y ofertasLos precios y plazos de entrega especificados en las ofertas podrán ser alterados si, durante la ejecución, el cliente realiza modificacionespor escrito a las características o las cantidades del producto / s a suministrar.

No se aceptarán cancelaciones de un pedido si este afecta a material específico / especial de un solo cliente, a no ser que se abonen lostrabajos ya realizados o el material ya comprado.

PagosNuestra tarifa no lleva incluidos los impuestos vigentes. Las condiciones de pago serán las acordadas con nuestro departamento de contabilidad.

EnvíosLos plazo de entrega se dan sólo a título informativo y no se pueden considerar parte de ninguna obligación por parte de CICRO. Estos plazosdependerán de la demanda, la entrega de materias primas por parte de nuestros proveedores u otras alteraciones de fuerza mayor.No se podrán reclamar penalizaciones debido a un incumplimiento de plazo de entrega, a no ser que se haya hecho constar previamenteen un documento entre las partes. Un retraso del plazo de entrega no se podrá considerar argumento para la cancelación de un pedido nila base para la demanda de penalizaciones o recargos.

Para cualquier tipo de envío Express en territorio español (entrega garantizada al día siguiente), los costes del envío se pagarán por partedel cliente.

Aceptación y devolucionesSi los productos enviados por CICRO son dañados durante el transporte el cliente debe dirigir sus quejas a la agencia de transportecorrespondiente de acuerdo a lo recogido en las leyes, incluso en el caso de que los portes hayan sido abonados por CICRO.De acuerdo a poder considerar la devolución de una mercancía defectuosa esta reclamación se debe hacer constar en un plazo no superiora 60 días desde la fecha de recepción de la mercancía. Si esto no ocurre así se da por entendida la aceptación y conformidad por parte delcliente.Si el producto no es conforme con las especificaciones de compra o de nuestro catálogo puede ser devuelto a CICRO si las siguientes condicionesse cumplen:

El cliente debe especificar los motivos concretos de la devolución.El producto se debe devolver con su embalaje original, en perfectas condiciones el envío será a portes pagados salvo autorización expresade CICRO.El producto no debe haber sido dañado por cualquier motivo (almacenamiento, inspección, montaje o desmontaje).El producto no debe haber sido alterado de ninguna forma después de su entrega por la agencia de transportes.

GarantíaLos productos son garantizados por CICRO contra cualquier defecto del material o defectos de funcionamiento resultado de un mal diseñoy/o fabricación durante un periodo de 12 meses desde la fecha de envío.La garantía cubre la reparación de las partes afectadas por el defecto de diseño y/o fabricación, a excepción de defectos estéticos aceptadospor el cliente a la recepción del envío (ver punto 6).

Para poder ejecutar la garantía el cliente debe notificar a CICRO a la mayor brevedad posible los defectos del producto. Las partes defectuosasdeben ser enviadas a CICRO a portes pagados acompañadas de una copia de la factura y del albarán de entrega.La garantía está limitada a la reparación o sustitución de las partes clasificadas como defectuosas por el departamento técnico de CICRO.CICRO no cubrirá los gastos de mano de obra por el desmontaje o montaje, ni los gastos derivados de pérdidas de ganancia. La garantía nocubre la sustitución de piezas desgastadas por uso del producto, por daños o accidentes ocasionados por un mal uso, un mal mantenimiento,un mal control o una negligencia en el uso de nuestros productos.CICRO está liberado de cualquier obligación respecto a la garantía de sus productos si se hacen modificaciones a los mismos después de laentrega, sin permiso escrito por parte de CICRO o si el cliente remplaza piezas originales de los productos por otras no hechas o suministradaspor CICRO.

DocumentaciónLos derechos de toda la documentación, ficheros electrónicos o correos electrónicos que se le hagan llegar al cliente (planos, especificacionestécnicas,..) son de propiedad exclusiva de CICRO. Toda reproducción, copia, uso total o parcial de estos esta documentación, ficheros o correosestá prohibida sin el permiso por escrito de CICRO.

JurisdicciónEl contrato está sujeto a la legislación Española. Cualquier contencioso Jurídico-Administrativo dependerá única y exclusivamente de losJueces y tribunales de Palencia, reconociéndose dicha ciudad como lugar de cumplimiento de todas las cuestiones que puedan derivarse ,renunciando el comprador a su propio fuero.

General partThese general selling conditions are applicable independent of the particular purchasing conditions of customer. Any customer’s modificationto an already confirmed order is only valid if approved in writing by Cicro. All data included in catalogues and price lists are only forinformation purposes.

Orders accepted by our sales department are said to accept these General Selling Conditions.

Orders and offers

All our Tariff Prices apply for standard products. In case of orders for special products, Cicro will send a particular offer.

Order and offer modificationsPrices and delivery times specified on the offers can be changed if, during the process, the customer modifies in writing the products(s)characteristics or quantities to be supplied.Order cancellations will not be accepted when affect to special / specific material for a sole customer, unless the customer pays for the worksalready done or the material already acquired.

PaymentOur Tariff Prices do not include taxes. Payment conditions will be as agreed with our accountancy department.

ShipmentsDelivery time is valid for information purposes only, and cannot be considered as an obligation for Cicro. Delivery time will depend on thedemand, the supply of raw materials or other alterations by sheer force.Penalties cannot be claimed due to delivery time breach, unless there is an specific written document between both parties. A delay on thedelivery time cannot be considered neither a reason to cancel the order nor a base for the demand of penalties or extra charges.For any type of express delivery in the Spanish territory (guaranteed delivery at next day), the customer will assume the cost of shipment.

Acceptance and returnsWhen products delivered by Cicro are damaged during transport, the customer must complain to the correspondent transport agency aslaid upon law in force, even if it is Cicro that pays for the transport.In order to consider the return of faulty goods, the complaint must be presented no longer than 60 days from the date of goods reception.If this does not happen, it is understood that the customer have accepted the goods.If the product is not in accordance with purchasing specifications or with our catalogue, it can be returned to Cicro when fulfilling thefollowing conditions:

The customer must specify the actual reasons for the return.Product must be taken back with its original package and in good conditions. The customer would pay for the transport unless Cicro’s expressauthorization.Product must not be damaged by any way (storage, inspection, mounting or dismounting).Product must not be altered by any way after delivered by the transport agency.

GuaranteeProducts are guaranteed by Cicro in case of any material defect of malfunction as a result of a wrong design and/or fabrication for a periodof 12 months from delivery date.Guarantee covers the reparation of the faulty parts as a result of the wrong design and/or fabrication, except the aesthetic defects alreadyaccepted by the customer when receiving the goods (see point 6).

In order to execute the guarantee the customer must shortly notify Cicro the product defects. The faulty parts must be shipped to Cicro in“carriage paid” conditions with a copy of the invoice and the delivery note.Guarantee is limited to the reparation or substitution of the parts that are classified as faulty by Cicro’s technical department. Cicro will notassume neither the cost of manpower resultant from mounting and dismounting from machines, nor the expenses derived from profit loss.Guarantee does not cover the substitution of worn away parts by the product functioning or by damages or accidents caused by a wronguse, a wrong maintenance, a wrong control or negligence in the use of our products.Cicro’s guarantee will not be applicable if products are modified after delivery without the specific authorization in writing by Cicro, or ifthe customer replaces original Cicro parts for other parts nor manufactured nor supplied by Cicro.

DocumentationRights for all documents, electronic files or e-mails sent to the customer (drawings, technical data, etc...) are Cicro’s exclusive property. Everyreproduction, copy, partial or total use of these documents, files or e-mails is forbidden unless Cicro’s specific authorization in writing.

Jurisdiction.The contract is subject to Spanish laws. Any Judicial-Administrative dispute will depend only and exclusively on Palencia judges and lawcourts. Therefore the customer refuses to his local jurisdiction at all effects.
