La linea è caratterizzata per l’impiego sia delle strutture che dei frontali di pannelli in MDF con rivestimento POLIMERICO TERMOFORMATO.Il Medium Density Fibreboord è un pannello di materiale legnoso ridotto in polvere che aggiunto a resine e pressato a vapore risulta di spessore uniforme, molto compatto e di ottima stabilità nel tempo. Questi pannelli permettono una ottima lavorabilità e la possibilità di creare fianchi privi di pericolosi spigoli e particolari lavorazioni a cornice.
Successivamente, il supporto viene integralmente rivestito mediante l’applicazione di un laminato polimerico termoformato che conferisce un’estetica gradevole ed un’alta resistenza. Il polimerico fa parte della gamma dei laminati nobili ovvero rivestiti da un ulteriore strato che ne aumenta la resistenza ai liquidi, agli urti e ai graffi. Il pannello è omologato in classe E1 per il basso contenuto di Formaldeide.

This line is characterized by the use of the structures and panels made of MDF covered with thermoformed polymeric. The Medium Density Fibreboord is a wood panel pulverized, combined with resins and pressed by vapour; the result is a material which is smooth, compact and durable in time. These panels permits a good workability and the possibility to create sides without dangerous edges and particular frame.
Afterwards the panels is integrally coated with thermoformed polymeric laminate, reaching in this way a pleasant appearance and becoming shockproof and resistant to liquids. The polymeric is included on the range of noble laminate, which is coated by an ulterior ply increasing the wear against liquids, shocks and scratches. The panel is homologated with class E1 for the low formaldehyde content.

Anta con cerniere metalliche apertura a 170°, o a cassettone estraibile scorrevole su guide antisfilamento con cuscinetti.Tre tipologie: su piedini regolabili con altezza da terra 65 mm, su quattro ruote piroettanti di diametro 60 mm di cui due con freno, sospeso con predisposizione per essere agganciato alla boiserie.
The bedside cabinets are completely made of MDF coated with laminate polymeric, thickness 3/10; the sides of structure and the top have thickness 25 mm; the door and the drawer have thickness 18 mm. The upper shelf has a perimetrical border drip-catcher , and three holes for glasses; the raised back with little arc shape, is made of varnished metal. The drawer is made of multilayer beech, running on slides with bearing and blocking system. The doors are equipped with metal hinges with opening to 170°; they can also have opening system as a drawer, running on slides with bearings and blocking system. The bedside cabinet are available with three solutions: with adjustable feet, height from the floor 65 mm; with four swivelling casters Ø 60 mm., two of them with brakes; suspended with the predisposition to be hooked to the boiserie.

La base è dotata di zoccolo di copertura rientrante rispetto ai fianchi e facilmente asportabile.

L’altezza della colonna è variabile mediante un meccanismo di elevazione con molla a gas. Il piano servitore è realizzato in HPL spessore 8 mm in due sezioni con spigoli arrotondati antitrauma e bordi smussati, una sezione fissa a lato completa di ringhierino metallico di contenimento, una ruotabile a leggio 30° – 40° con profili in plastica di contenimento inseriti nel piano. Comando movimentazioni con leva laterale a doppio effetto, sollevamento e rotazione.Alla base quattro ruote piroettanti di diametro 50 mm. di cui 2 con freno; battistrada in gomma morbida antitraccia.

Successivamente, il supporto viene integralmente rivestito mediante l’applicazione di un laminato polimerico termoformato che conferisce un’estetica gradevole ed un’alta resistenza.. Il polimerico fa parte della gamma dei laminati nobili ovvero rivestiti da un ulteriore strato che ne aumenta la resistenza ai liquidi, agli urti e ai graffi. Il pannello è omologato in classe E1 per il basso contenuto di Formaldeide. La collezione FENICE prevede tutti i frontali, fianchi verticali, mensole, piani di lavoro e pannelli a muro in MDF con rivestimento in Polimerico termoformato. La ferramenta impiegata è di primaria qualità, i componenti interni adottano tutte le precauzioni riservate ad un utilizzatore disabile.Le finiture scelte per questa collezione sono di colore chiaro e caldo per trasmettere una sensazione di relax e nel contempo per coordinare ogni realizzazione in qualsiasi ambiente.Le maniglie hanno finitura mista acciaio/legno che conferisce loro resistenza agli urti e una piacevole presa, sono di ampie dimensioni e vengono proposte in due misure.La scelta di questo materiale è scaturita da uno studio attento, ma soprattutto dall’esperienza maturata nel corso degli anni da Givas nel realizzare strutture di vario genere; l’esigenza primaria nella gestione è la praticità di pulizia e la sicurezza, la resistenza nel tempo; l’attuale estetica ne completano e confermano la validità.
The panels used for the structures and the frontals of furniture are made of MDF covered with thermoformed polymeric. The Medium Density Fibreboord is a wood panel pulverized, combined with resins and pressed by vapour; the result is a material which is smooth, compact and durable in time. These panels permits a good workability and the possibility to create sides without dangerous edges and particular frame.Afterwards the panels is integrally coated with thermoformed polymeric laminate, reaching in this way a pleasant appearance and becoming shockproof and resistant to liquids. The polymeric is included on the range of noble laminate, which is coated by an ulterior ply increasing the wear against liquids, shocks and scratches. The panel is homologated with class E1 for the low formaldehyde content.Fenice collection has all the front panels, the vertical sides, the consoles, the working table and wall panels made of MDF coated with thermoformed polymeric. The used hardware is of good quality, the inner components respect the precautions reserved to disables.The finishes for this collection have light and warm colour to give a relax sensation and to coordinate all the solutions to each home environment.The handle can be made of wood and steel, they are shockproof and ergonomics; they have big dimensions and it is possible to choice between two measures.The choice of this material is the result of a careful research, but above all is the result of the experience made from Givas during last years realizing different structures. The most important requirements are the clean practicality and the safety, the durability in time; the aesthetical aspect complete and confirm the value of this collection.
