Cast Iron is simply the best medium for sinks because of its extreme durability, its high gloss surface maintains arich finish that resists chipping, staining and denting and its sheer strength enables the creation of beautifulshapes and graceful lines. The authenticity of Cast Iron will complement other traditional kitchen features such asyour range cooker.

To retain your sink’s high gloss and rich lustre clean after use with a mild detergentand then wipe down using a soft dry cloth, do not use abrasive cleaners or scourersas these may dull the surface. We recommend Kohler Cast Iron cleaner is also usedwhich helps remove stubborn marks from cutlery or aluminium pans. Most CastIron sinks are available with bottom basin racks which we recommend to protectthe surface. Please note it is not advised to use a plastic washing-up bowl as thiswill damage the enamel surface by creating small scratches.

Indio double offset ‘Smart Divide’The Indio offset double bowl sink offers a clean, modernlook with its bevelled edge design. Its low-profile bowldivider increases the clearance between tap and dividerand makes it easier to fit large items into the bowls,increases the ability to transfer large items between bowlsand minimises splashing by containing water lower in thebowl.

The really useful half bowl is ideal for food preparationand comes with high quality accessories broadening itsversatility.

Pictured is the new Karbon tap (see page 194) thatrequires a 57mm mounting hole - the Indio is the onlysink available with this tap-hole diameter. If you shouldchoose a different tap the Indio is also available withnormal 35mm tap-holes. Just make sure you specify whichtype you need when ordering.

IndioThe Indio is a crisp, contemporary sinkavailable in two forms; the single bowlversion and the ‘smart divide’ doublebowl option.

The Cordial is a total indulgence – an‘Entertainment’ sink that takes the form ofa compact round basin with funaccessories.

Included are a 'Sink Stage' that acts as araised platform making the pouring ofdrinks very convenient, a bespoke icemould that sits snugly inside the basin tokeep up to three Champagne bottles nicelychilled and a small cutting board for lemonslicing that sits neatly over the basin rim.
