Stakz Frozen Yogurt is located in Bowling Green, KY. They are a self-serve frozen yogurt shop promoting good-tasting wellness with specially blended smooth and creamy frozen yogurt, crafted with care.
• They needed a simple way to retain customers that have been absent for a while.• A digital loyalty program that is extremely easy to sign-up for customers and easy to
maintain for their restaurant staff with no apps, punchcards or swipe cards.• Needed a simple, effective method to promote deals, special offers & new flavors.

It makes sign-up very quick and easy for the customer, (under 20 seconds). Stakz does not have a sign-up offer which is an option for any partner. Their loyalty offer is a Free Yogurt (up to 10oz) and is awarded every 10 check-ins.To engage the customers who have not returned within 21 days, 45 days & 60 days, the “We Miss You” auto-responder automatically sends a text message with an offer of a 25% Discount if they return to the store within 7 days of getting the text. The figures below are taken from a 12-month period. The stats to the right show their all-time numbers.

TL Connects’ Retention program is an automated program designed to communicate with subscribers that have not checked in lately. The amount of time is customizable for any merchant. In this case, Stakz set the program to automatically send a text message to a subscriber that had not checked-in for 21 days, again at 45 days and lastly, again at 60 days. Their offer of a 25% discount is redeemable on the customer’s next visit. To provide a sense of urgency, it expires within 7 days of getting the message.Stakz’s all-time retention program results are below. They have held a 7.4% redemption rate on 55,944 messages sent. Their 4,116 redemptions have generated a projected $20,580 since joining TL Connects in the fall of 2012.

In this case, Stakz chose to send the alert to 5,050 subscribers to boost business on a regular Wednesday. They offered a 25% discount to anyone redeeming the reward at the iPad Kiosk.
