The library is a catalogue of time and history, which ties in with the campaign as it celebrates the brands heritage and and technical expertise in watchmaking.
event flow
The guests will arrive at 7:00pm in the McGraw Rotunda Room for the cocktail reception. They will be able to view the exhibition that will be set up in the middle of the room, there will also be an open bar at this time with passed hor d’oeuvres. The room will also be set up for the after dinner ‘entertainment’ which will include a whisky bar, a cigar rolling station and a gourmet chocolate station.

The guests will then go into the Celeste Bartos Room for a seated dinner. There will be a 3 course meal, which would include the entree being a steak. The guests would be asked before their meal how they would like their steak done.

decor elements
The tables will have long black troughs with a sea of red flowers, made up of carnations and roses, incorporated with red votives for candles. There will then be rose gold panthers placed on top of the florals, 2 panthers per table facing away from each other.
Tableware
The video ‘Shape Your Time’ is a message towards the ‘Modern Man’ - This will be reflected in the tableware that is selected, for example the pinstriped detail in the linen mirrors a suit. The tableware will also reflect the elegance of the brand.
