Qualtest Incorporated - Orlando, FL

Built an EMI/EMC Test Facility from the ground up, expanding capabilities twice over 9 years. ISO 17025 accredited to NVLAP and A2LA. Acquired a Secret DoD Facility Clearance in order to offer classified test services to DoD contractors.

Managed the entire EMI/EMC Test Facility, including personnel and customer scheduling.

Provided all quotes to customers working from online forms, test plans/procedures and verbal requests.

EMI/EMC Test Engineer 1985 – 2004

Lockheed Martin – Orlando, FL Production Test Lead for the Universal Engine Controller (UEC) program.

Refurbished an aging EMI/EMC test facility to a US Navy formal qualification acceptance level. Supported EMI/EMC in all aspects of design and testing.

Worked with customer to develop waiver submissions to the U.S Department of Defense.

Interfaced with the U.S. Government representatives to debug, and perform repairs on all programs,
