Caribbean Airlines JETPAK offers Airport to Airport service to and from its online Caribbean destinations and to and from Miami, New York, Ft Lauderdale and Toronto.

The Door to Door pick-up and delivery service is a developing service and will expand over time to include the entire Caribbean and North America.

How to Jetpak!
This is a simple procedure:
a) Tender your package at least four hours prior to flight departure.
b) Fill out required documentation (N.B. All items should be accompanied by a CARICOM.
c) Invoice with the exception of documents). Ensure consignee \ shipper \ address \ telephone contact is clearly marked and labeled on your package.

How to Jetpak your ultra urgent Shipment
a) The Agent must fill out the relevant JETPAK airway bill in its entirety which will include:
1. The shipper’s full name, address, telephone contact and copy of any picture ID.
2. The consignee’s full name, address and working telephone contact in the destination country.3. A description and the weight
of the item.

4. The value and / or acceptable invoice of the item.
5. The shippers signature verifying all the information and agreement of the terms.
6. Shipper’s Declaration
7. The agent’s signature verifying payment and receipt of the package in accordance to all of the stipulated policies.

b) Maximum Weight: The maximum weight of each piece can be upto 32kgs or 70lbs. You can ship multiple pieces per shipment as long as they are to be delivered to the same destination. c) Maximum Dimension: Each piece needs to be within the limits of 158cm or 62 inches in overall dimension of Length + Width + Height.
d) Retrieval Times: Airport to Airport shipments shall be made available to the customer or their customs broker at the earliest opportunity after actual flight arrival and could be different according to destination and customs requirements.

e) Payment: Caribbean Airlines JetPak accepts only PREPAID payments. The acceptable means of payments are Cash, Credit Cards, Debit Cards or shipments on account (credit).
f) Cut off time: Customers must tender Airport to Airport shipments for transportation at the Cargo & JETPAK offices at least 3 hours prior to the scheduled departure time of the desired flight. All shipments need to be inspected prior to acceptance. Customers are advised to leave all packages open for inspection.

g) The Shipments not acceptable for transportations are:
1. Firearms/ammunition2. Gold or bullion3. Human remains4. Jewelery5. Live animals6. Valuables
h) Pick up & delivery: The Pick up and/or delivery service at our online points is an option and is subjected to additional charges.
