• Ifcustomerrequestsanextrashotofcoffee,addthefollowingamountsofcoffeeconcentratebasedonthesizeoftheCappucinoMooLatte®ordered:12oz.-1/2pump(Totalamountofcoffeeconcentrateshouldbe:2pumps)16oz.-1pump(Totalamountofcoffeeconcentrateshouldbe:3pumps)24oz.-11/2pumps(Totalamountofcoffeeconcentrateshouldbe:41/2pumps)

• ColumbianCoffeeConcentrateisdispensedusingtheArcticRush®bottleandpump.• Alwaysblendatspeed30.Blendingathigherspeedswillcausetheliquidtosplatterandpotentiallycause

damage(cracking)tothedomelid.• Makesuretoinsertthespindletothebottomofthecupbeforemixing.Thiswillpreventtheliquidinthe

cupfromspillingoutofthecup.• Wipeoffanyspilleddrinkoncupwithaclean,sanitizedtowel.• CleanspindlebysettingBlizzard®machineatspeed0andmixingincleanwater(donotwipewitha

Add Coffee Concentrate 2. Addcoffeeconcentrate.

Add Soft Serve 3. Addsoftserveuntilliquidlevelis1/4”(6mm)belowrimofthecup.

Place Dome on Cup 4. Placecleardomelidsecurelyonthecup.

Blend 5. SetBlizzard®machinespeedcontrolto“30”.Insertspindlesoitisallthewaytothebottomofthecup.Thiswilllimittheamountofsplatteringfromtheliquidinthecup.Twistthecupwhileblendingtoensuresoftserveisevenlymixedandthecolorisconsistentthroughoutthecup.Themixtureshouldbecoarseandbeadyintexturewithnobubbles.

Add Whipped Topping and Garnish 6. Add3/4wt.oz.(21g)whippedtoppingsowhippedtoppingcoversthetopofthedrink,leavingapproximately1/4”(6mm)spacearoundtheedge.Garnishwhippedtoppingwithinstantcoffeegranules.
