In recent times there has been an increase in the number of households that maintain 2-3 computers all of which need maintenance, repair and occasional software tuning

Furthermore, you cannot find a college student or professor that does not use multiple computers and/or cellphones

The market is emerging quickly on the computer line, but even faster over the Internet

Internet market revolves around security, websites, social media, real-time and cloud applications

People today need Computer Repair that is convenient

But also offers resources that will help them in modern ways

Social networking, webdesign and round the clock consistency in computer repair

● Our current plan is to offer 24 hour computer repair services for all Universities within a 10 mile radius.

● In one year we expect to build a good base of customers in the local universities and small businesses.

● Once we gain control of local universities we plan to expand to all other major universities in the United States.

● Within 5 year we expect to control the computer services for college students from San Diego to New York City, we will then become a national brand moving our headquarters to the Silicon Valley.

1. The first year in business Campus Gurus will make a minimum of 600 sales which will pay the price of the base plan.

2. In the last quarter of the first year campus gurus will make $360,000 from basic computer services and will attain $264,000 for website development.

3. The total gross profits for the first year will equate to $624,000. 4. After the first year our company will expand on a larger scale

where we will higher subcontractors to carry out services across a larger area.

5. The second year we will profit $1.6 million 6. and as our company expands we will surpass $2.7 million in the

third year.7. By attaining sub contracted computer repair stores we will be able

to profit without having to invest in training new campus gurus or increasing our operating costs.

● Our business will allow us to retain high profits and low overheads because computer services are sought after in society. The greater majority of people use computers for business or pleasure.

● This will also help to quickly pass our break-even within the first year of operations.
