Summary

The business world operates simultaneously at both a global and local level, creating new and demanding leadership challenges for executives. Value driven organisations are said to be the future, but what kind of leadership characteristics and attributes are required to deliver this? How do you motivate and empower your employees to drive higher levels of performance and greater financial success? Perhaps most importantly, how do you build trust within the organisation?

The Cambridge Judge Business School New Leadership Certificate of Achievement (NLCA) is a comprehensive, in-depth series of four leadership programmes which offer an evidence-based approach to understand the needs that contemporary leaders need to address, in a structured and inspiring way.

The NLCA enables participants to: • Acquire a deeper and comprehensive view on contemporary

within your personal context• Gain new insights based on rigorous and cutting-edge research• Develop an understanding of how an evidence-based management

peer group• Benefit from a method of study, via short but intensive programmes

which can help to meet the demands of timetables and busy diaries.

Who is this programme for?

• Those with a minimum of five years’ professional experience• Mid-career professionals - across all kinds of industries - who are

confronted with the challenge to develop their own leadershipprofile and thus aspire to grow in their leadership role by articulating a clear vision and values framework that can guide others in their development towards the benefit of the team and organisation

• Professionals operating at team, divisional, business unit and middle management levels interested in deepening further their insights inthe latest thinking and execution of effective leadership approaches and strategies

Fees

The programme fee is £8,500 + VAT (£10,200).

The fee covers one three-day programme and three two-day programmes, and includes instruction, materials, lunch and breaks. Participants are expected to attend the full programme.

This primary core, three-day programme presents the idea of new leadership and provides a framework for those interested in undertaking the complete certificate. It will help participant to better understand thier own leadership style and how to apply this within thier own organisational context.

Gain a better understanding of what trust stands for and how to engage in active strategies that will build and rebuild trust in teams and organisation.

Leading Negotiations30 November-1 December 2017 or 29-30 November 2018

Designed to put leadership in perspective when it comes downs to the different negotiation traps and challenges leaders are faced with, both in terms of the aspects of the negotiation game and the influence strategies that opponents and situations reveal.

Leading in Value-driven Ways1-2 March 2018

Designed to help participants acquire greater knowledge and understanding about value-driven leadership and its relevance to the demands of contemporary business.
