Mobil Oil Corporation/ Mobil Research and Development Corporation; Paulsboro, NJ 1988 - 2000(Voluntarily separated in the merger with Exxon to help a child with special needs.)

Pilot Plant Engineering “Skills Leader” / Advanced Senior Engineer (title represents additional promotion) Supervise the engineering group in completing approximately 80 projects per year. Hired, trained, and

mentored the on-site Pilot Plant Engineering Services staff. Project Manager or key technical contributor for approximately 50% of the group projects. Key technical contributor in benchmarking and developing Mobil’s “Best in Class”, fully automated pilot

plant facilities. Included benchmarking with Mobil’s overseas joint venture partner. Wrote pilot unit design standards and calculation spreadsheets for unit vent line sizing, rupture disc and

relief valve selection, small-scale pressure vessel design, and beaded heater design.
