Weekly market view

Markets after previous week closing (reversal candlestick pattern) on

weekly charts favored the bulls with support of strong global markets

which pulled the indices to close with gain of more than 2%. Nifty future on

daily charts is running in downward channel pattern and closed near to the

resistance of upper band below the 100 day EMA. In the coming week, it is

likely to face strict resistance around 8500 and sharp selling can be seen

once it falls below the immediate and crucial support of 8350 and may drag

towards the next important support of 8260.
