Can the TA assist students to log in? TA may not log in for student but may assist

Can substitute teachers administer or proctor Smarter Balanced tests? Yes, but must participate in training and sign an affidavit

Can student teacher administer a test? No, student teachers may not be in a testing room unless they are employees
