YogaYoga relaxes, calms the mind and brings more energy, harmony and joy into your life!

More than just physical exercise, yoga is a philosophy that includes every area of life. Included along with yoga postures (asanas), are breathing techniques, meditation and spiritual wisdom. When practicing these holistic and healing exercises in a place of power, such as our seminar room, the effect of the yoga practice becomes even more intense. Many of our yoga guests tell us that they experience this special energy here.

With loving care and attention, you will be led through 90 minutes of deep relaxation (shavasana), breathing (pranayama) and physical exercises (asanas).

From February 2018, we plan to offer a regularly scheduled class, „Yoga for Everyone“ - for beginners and advanced! But you don’t need to wait until the end of January, you can already enjoy yoga classes anytime before then. Contact us and we‘ll let you know if Ganga or one of our yoga teachers is in the house!

Abhyanga Full Body MassageAbhyanga is a Full Body Massage that has a purifying, soothing effect and is beneficial for the entire immune system and skin structure.

In particular, the soothing long strokes over the skin and muscles, as well as gentle circling around the joints, have a relaxing effect on the entire nervous system.

Kundalini Back MassageAwaken Your Life ForceKundalini means coiled. Referring to our life energy, kundalini is the latent energy that lies coiled at the base of the spine in the pelvic area. Padabhyanga Foot MassagePadabhyanga is a soothing foot massage, which also includes the lower legs and knees. During the massage, energy flow is stimulated throughout the body and the self-healing forces become activated through alternating strokes, a kneading technique and pressure point application. During Padabhyanga, the marma points are also stimulated. Marma points are centers of energy where muscles, arteries, veins, bones, tendons and joints come together. The stimulation of these points has a positive effect on body, mind and soul.

MukabhyangaHead and Upper Body Massage“Muk” means face or facial, “Abhyanga” is oil massage. Mukabhyanga is a particularly beneficial and sensual massage technique. Warm, fragrant oil is used for Mukabhyanga Massage and is applied using very slow, gentle and even strokes. During the massage, the marma points (vital energy points) are stimulated

in the area of the forehead, chin, upper lip, ears and eyebrows. This provides a balancing and

CounsellorThe aim of the Darkness Retreat Training is to provide extensive knowledge and the necessary skills required to carry out Darkness Retreats of the highest quality. Special attention is given to teaching the psychological foundations of high spiritual knowledge. The tasks of a Darkness Retreat Counsellor are very comprehensive. They provide the client with everything, both physically and mentally, necessary to ensure their well-being. This includes both general organization, as well as on-site care, including the careful preparation of the rooms and food. During the Darkness Retreat period, clients can experience a variety of consciousness raising and often intense spiritual experiences. Deep emotional processes often need a clear and loving accompaniment in order to develop positively. Gong Meditation EveningHealing Sounds with Transformational Power In the yogic tradition, the gong is considered one of the most powerful shamanic tools. Gong Meditation is a guided meditation that goes far beyond sound relaxation.
