CABLE TRAYS

Our range of perforated cable trays (KBSI 60) will be widened

with a new type of height 35 mm. The huge success of the

user-friendly cable trays KBSI is testimony to the tremendous

advantages of faster mounting systems. The cable trays

require no jointing plates and guarantee an installation

time-saving of at least 30%!

INDUSTRIAL FLOOR TRUNKING

The industrial floor trunking provides a robust protection for

cables in various production environments. This system is

highly valued within the automotive industry, where robots need

to have a continual freedom of movement. All covers are now

produced in sendzimir-galvanised, hot-dip galvanised or

polyester powder coated (on request).

WIRE CABLE TRAYS

Vergokan also sells covers to close wire cable trays and to

protect mounted cables. These universal covers D can be

clipped onto the wire cable trays, using the cover clamps,

hitched DCLVF or DCLVF 35. Cover clamp DCLVF is

specially designed for the wire cable trays VF 60, VFL 60,

VF 85 and VF 110. The other cover clamp (DCLVF 35) can

only be used on wire cable trays VF 35 and VFL 35.

MOUNTING SYSTEMS

The open suspension brackets OBZ, available in heights of 130

or 180 mm, are now produced in an electro zinc-plated version.

The hot-dip galvanised version will, from now on, only be

available on request. Both types of open suspension bracket

are used for direct mounting to the ceiling or, alternatively, with

a threaded rod. The OBZ 130 is an ideal product for

installations in low, false ceilings.

CABLE LADDERS

Vergokan offers a wide range of cable ladders and matching

accessories. Six different cable ladders provide real solutions to

any installation issue. The strongest wide span cable ladder

Goliath, model KLIG, can carry heavy-duty power cables. It has

the largest useful inner height of 127 mm, and is characterized

by its reinforced side walls. This cable ladder is obtainable in a

sendzimir-galvanised version.

FLOOR INSTALLATIONS

This product was specially developed for places where a

shallow space has been provided for built-in units. Each box

is constructed in such a way that after installation in a square,

hinged cover, a depth of only 65 mm is required. This offers

you greater flexibility and efficiency when selecting and

locating floor trunking systems.
