Upon finding your home of choice, I willguide and support you through the contractoffer procedure. I'll prepare a strategic offerand negotiate on your behalf.

I'll manage the deadlines in your acceptedcontract and work with your lender, titlecompany, appraiser, and inspectors keepthings moving smoothly toward the closingtable.

Schedule a consultation with a mortgagelender(s) to review mortgage loan options

that meet your needs. The Pre-Qualificationwill determine your budget and allow youto quickly submit offers on properties of

interest.

Begin touring homes with me to discoverwhat meets your needs and which area youwant to live in. Educate me on what you likeand what you don't so I can keep you notified

of new listings that may work for you.

We'll meet your inspector(s) at the home tolearn more about its condition and

compliance with municipality buildingcodes. We only move forward if you like what

you hear.

MORTGAGE KEYSCONTINGENCIES TITLE CO WALK-THRU SETTLEMENT

MORTGAGE: Work with your lender to gatherdocuments and lock in your interest rate. DONOT APPLY FOR NEW CREDIT OF ANY KIND.

CONTINGENCIES: I'll work with you to ensureall contract contingency timelines are metthereby protecting your ability to terminate theagreement in the event you should need to do so.

TITLE COMPANY: I'll work with the title companyto provide any information needed for closing andto coordinate the exchange of information asneeded.

WALK-THRU: Typically a few days before closing we'll walkthrough the property together to ensure home inspectionitems have been completed and the home was left in goodcondition.

SETTLEMENT: We'll meet with the title company to review &sign lender and recordation documents, as well asdisclosures to transfer ownership of the home.

KEYS: Congratulations! After completion of settlement, youusually get the keys to your new home right away.
