AL RAFEDAIN MANPOWERINTERNATIONAL CORPORATIONThe following statement is our business philosophy that wefollow in developing harmonious relationship with our clientsand candidates.

For the past nine years of service, AL RAFEDAIN hasrecruited hundreds of Filipino workers from all walks of lifefrom executive, professional, skilled and non-skilled workers in different parts of the Middle East Region such as State ofQatar, Lebanon, State of Kuwait and in the Kingdom of SaudiArabia.

We are a licensed land based recruitment agency since2000 and also a proud recruitment agency for its establishedrecruitment approach worked on for the passed years. Ourwell-trained staff/employees carefully coordinate with our

clients in the effective and resourceful management of thewhole recruitment wayfrom recruiting, short listing,conducting interview schedules, candidate selection andcandidate job offer and acceptance to processing ofdocuments to final dispatch. We make sure that we meet thedeadlines given to us by our clients, sending good quality ofcandidates; we highly give our full dedication and honesty toour clients.

AL RAFEDAINs relationship with both client andcandidates does not end in one successfully completedbusiness engagement. We value uprightness,professionalism and improvement to achieve customerapproval. Hence, we believe that we are only as good asevery account we have handled.

Philosophy of Business

Purpose of AL RAFEDAINThe main purpose of our recruitment agency is to give our

service to both our clients and candidates in order to maximize notjust our profits but also to extend our service to the companies whoare in need of qualified workers. One of our principle it to serve theinterests of stakeholders that includes employees, clients and thesociety as a whole. We make sure that we balance the interest ofboth parties to keep a good relationship.

Contract Theory

Our company has participants that keep the business going.We have skilled personnel who conduct interviews, processdocuments up to the final dispatch of candidates; theres also theexecutive secretary who handles all sorts of business and schedulesof the president; the treasurer who handles company expenses,

disbursements and all financial business. Every participant haslegitimate interests in how our business is conducted, therefore theyhave legitimate rights over our affairs.

Stakeholder Theory

Our business is a corporation who serves locally and globally.

Al Rafedain has stakeholders from the president up to well-trainedpersonnel; candidates and clients who all have legitimate interest inour business. We give high value to all these because they keep thebusiness going. Every candidates and clients that we serve have theirown business to support (i.e. family, product or company) which is apart of the society. Our business doesnt just serve the stakeholderalone but the society as a whole.

Business as property

Primarily our company has its owners who keep the productionof the business in progress. During the course of processing acandidates application we make sure that we serve the clientsexpectation. We give them all the necessary information that theyneed about the candidates in order to avoid problems.

Every business deal that we serve, we make sure that it doesntgo beyond that could affect our other affairs. Our services voluntarilyexchange our labor for the income of the company, same thing withthe candidates and personnel who worked for us in exchange ofincome or wages that we are no longer in control afterwards.

Hence, our company is strictly a private property.

Every business has problems to deal with, in many ways weare involved to this almost everyday. Most of the time the problemsaffect our clients, candidates, personnel due to our competitors, war,new technology, environmental and climatic hazards, war, etc Inregards to this, what action do we take in order to lessen theprobability of these causes?We simply give consideration to our intuition or simply internalizingour knowledge through varieties of experiences, though we are allaware that business knowledge is highly tentative and is subject toerror or obsolescence.We take full precaution in dealing with problems like this in order tokeep up with our services and as to avoid more complications.
