•  There is no owner or governance structure

•  Mobility initiatives not aligned with overall IT security policies.

•  Not enough effort going into understanding detailed requirements.

•  Organisation does not have interest or skills to drive or implement changes.

Example of Governance & Organization

A Mobile Organization as part of global IT has been put in place

Mobile Projects / Change Requests: •  In general the usual change request management process may also apply in the area of mobile solutions. •  Requirements originate from different business stakeholders. •  This requires solutions to be provided across multiple business areas. •  On the IT side there will be multiple teams involved in project and service delivery of mobility solutions Ongoing Mobile Service Delivery: •  Enterprise Mobility cuts across the business processes, business units, SAP and non-SAP landscape. •  An IT Steering Group shall be put in place to ensure communication both with Business and GEP •  A Mobility Centre of Excellence (MCoE) is a virtual team acting across business services to plan, manage, govern, deliver and be accountable

for end to end mobile solutions and operation needs for the business. It acts to align stakeholders, manage mobility operations and deliver innovative mobility solutions.
