• TS allows for School District employees to enter and submit timesheets online rather than capturing, collecting and passing papertime sheets.

• TS allows administrators to create Calendar Templates to definetime entry and reporting down to the employee level.

• TS comes complete with a fully customizable Automated Approval Work Flow for Time Sheets.

• Managed partnership between Ohio Association of Chiefs of Police (OACP) and the AGO on theOhio Local Law Enforcement Information-Sharing Network (OLLEISN) project. A project thatcreated a voluntary information sharing network, based on model policies and established technicaland security standards.

• Served as AGO representative on the Supreme Court’s Data Repository work group.

o Mission: The Data Repository work group was formed to oversee the design and

construction of a statewide central data repository integrating content and ensuring theconsistency and availability of said content from 383 courts.

o Group Goals: Identify the data repository design and determine the architecture. Build data

operations and data repository application requirements and specifications. Ensure thatboth current and future strategic reporting and information sharing needs are anticipatedand included in the design considerations.

• Managed partnership between the Buckeye State Sheriff’s Association (BSSA) and the AGO for theElectronic Sexual Offender Registration and Notification (eSORN) project. Oversaw problemresolution pertaining to the newly developed application. Participated in the creation of andmanaged the AGO representative to the eSORN sub-committee. The sub-committee was createdto aid in identifying issues and new functionality and then to provide insight and direction to gettingthem resolved and created.
