BAHRA Course Details This HR prep course utilizes the SHRM Learning System: an intensive 9- week program designed primarily for individuals seeking certification as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR). Instructor Information: Patty Romsdahl, PHR, received her certification in 2009 and recertified in 2012. Patty has previously led three preparation courses for BAHRA. An SDSU graduate, she has worked in the Human Resource field since 2004. Patty is currently a Payroll and Benefit Coordinator at Falcon Plastics, Inc. in Brookings.

Patty served on the BAHRA board of directors from 2008-2013. Guest HR facilitators will also present during the duration of the course.
