Funds raised at this event, and through donations to the Bronson Health Foundation Children’s Hospital Fund, go directly toward making the hospital experience the best it can be for young patients and their families. More than 2,000 people of all ages participated in 2016, helping to raise $154,000 for Bronson Children’s Hospital programs. To accommodate this ever growing event in 2017, we will be hosting at a new location on the Bronson Methodist Hospital campus in Kalamazoo. The start/finish line will now be in the parking lot at the southeast corner of Lovell and Jasper Street - just one block south from our previous location.

Your sponsorship will help sustain many pediatric life enhancement services including child life, art therapy, music therapy, palliative care and more. These services are typically not covered or are only partially covered by insurance, but are an important part of the patient care experience.

As the only children’s hospital in southwest Michigan, Bronson has the responsibility to provide medical care for thousands of children and families, but help from the community is needed to cover all of our patients’ needs. Your generous support helps ensure the highest level of pediatric care will continue to be here—close to home. Together, we can help secure the future of children’s healthcare in our community.
