Le origini delle attività del Gruppo risalgono al 1986 con la

creazione diWindows onTuscany (poi divenutaWindows on

Italy) da parte di Leonardo Ferragamo, la quale offre

immobili di prestigio in Toscana. Successivamente nascono,

ad opera di Pietro Martani, Rentxpress, Halldis e Global

System: la prima gestisce un portale che si rivolge a chi è alla

ricerca di un alloggio temporaneo soprattutto a Milano, la

seconda ha sviluppato una forte clientela internazionale che

le ha permesso di diventare il leader di mercato in Italia -
