1 Introducing Broadbean Integration Bolt On:

Eclipse Broadbean integration allows existing clients of Broadbean to export vacancy details from Eclipse to Broadbean. This means that the fields normally required to advertise a vacancy via Broadbean are automatically populated therefore saving time.

2 Broadcasting a Vacancy via Broadbean:

Firstly, find and open the vacancy to be uploaded to Broadbean in Eclipse. Secondly, select the ‘Broadbean’ button found at the bottom of the vacancy window as indicated below. This button is only shown where the ‘Broadbean’ bolt-on is activated.

2.1 Logging into Broadbean:

Clicking on the ‘Broadbean’ button opens a new window within Eclipse. This prompts the user to sign in to Broadbean using their existing log in details.

Select the job boards in which to broadcast the vacancy by simply clicking on the relevant check boxes. To move to the next step, select the green ‘Continue’ button.

2.3 Completing Advert Details:

Once the job boards have been chosen the following screen outlines the details of the advert. Much of the information required will be automatically populated from Eclipse leaving only a small amount of information to be inputted.
