Elevated back up tong, pipe handling crane, riser gantry crane, riser catwalk machine, pipe catwalk machine.Prepare reports, Microsoft spreadsheets, Identify and order necessary mechanical/hydraulic parts.Monitor that all work meets policy and safety standards including Task Based Risk Assessment’s, Permit to Work, Energy Isolation and Rescue plans and any and all paperwork needed to perform each job to meet safety standards. Maintain, troubleshoot and repair all topside drilling equipment &hydraulic systems as needed. Coordinate welding/fabricating projects, Maintain and order sufficient spare parts and equipment needed. Update product information bulletins/recalls on all NOV equipment. Insure workshop equipment/tools are maintained to highest safety standards. Ensure ongoing identification of hazards: I was recognized in Daily Time-Out For Safety in the OBS program.
