chosen field. Above examples state that people take extreme

steps based on imaginary failures. People jumped out of running train fearing bomb

in train. They died on tracks but there wasn’t any explosive in train.

A girl died of burns as her family fixed her match & she was in love with her classmate of another caste.

played & won many games with Kapablanca. In mind. Sales call can be rehearsed in mind for positive

results. Interview practice in mind & feel the result. Many students can use this for oral exam , Group

discussions , debates etc. Can be used to come out of dreaded disease also. Can be used to remove self limiting beliefs. Play the next day (night) in mind for time

management.

How to do Brain programming ?

Dress rehearsal Small diary in pocket always Don’t use willpower Use imagination power Half an hour “ me-time” in morning Visualize that you have achieved

what u want Feel the outcome Feel the details with 5 senses

Take a blank page Look around & note red things Write down ( without looking up now) Now write down things of blue

color( w/o looking) Eyes closed & remember Now, look around for blue How many blue around Vs How many

you have noted down ?

Moral of exercise Blue things were overlooked by brain as our program

was for red. U don’t get what u want U get , what you ? Expect

One more exercise. Look at your wrist watch carefully. The brand, color, design, glass, shape of dial, date etc.

Close your eyes . What was the time in the watch? Eg I am unlucky. Some lucky thing will happen, he will

not notice it & may not benefit from it. And the bad luck saga …

I don’t get opportunity. Nobody loves me Nobody likes me

Traumatic childhood ……

This type of people keep on rewinding the traumatic childhood in mind

What will they see in their life today ? What are they programmed for ? Trauma, hate, rejection, fear, sadness etc

Search for good moments in childhood . Think of the learning in trauma.
