            Hey AIESEC Andes,

Welcome to the new generation, a new movement. The generation of change,

this will lead our organization and our committee to achieve our BIG promise.

But, What is our BIG Promise?

Let me explain to you, what is this about.

The executive board 2016 is thinking about the new committee we want to build. We decided that each

member should seek to develop and live a powerful experience on our LC, so that, each of us, could be

relevant in the building of the great wall, being Golden Bricks. We decide that we want to work to make a

massive, relevant, accessible and an attractive organization, according to the needs of our environment,

and we will achieve this only being Sexy AIESEC.  And finally, we think that every experience that anyone

lives in our organization is unique and really develop leadership, and we will continue achieving this, being

Experience Makers.

The result of this is our BIG  promise, to ignite the yellow flame of a new generation  providing powerful

experiences, understanding the relevance of our daily action in our environment as ONE. This is our LC

promise for 2016, to put the first brick for the big wall… AIESEC 2020.

months on which the organization shares

its work to members.

the trainees , will make integration
