Who is the Catholic Community Foundation?• The CCF is a non-profit organization established to support the

mission of the Diocese of Cleveland by fostering faith-based stewardship in the community for the spiritual, educational and charitable needs of all.

• The CCF encourages faithful philanthropy and helps to support the work of ministries like Catholic Charities, Catholic Education, and Worship and Formation.

• Since being established in 2000, the Catholic Community Foundation has raised more than $430 million for the ministries we support and distributed more than $112 million in grants. This includes the Rooted in Faith-Forward in Hope Campaign which raised more than $170 million in pledges, as well as the annual Catholic Charities Appeal, which raises approximately $13 million annually.
