Team Goals

The Role of Boarding Team Members

TASIS England Boarding Team members are committed to making students living environment safe, friendly, warm and caring. We work to create more than just a place to sleep and study; we want it to be a second home to boarding students. We hope students will feel comfortable interacting with everyone on the Boarding Team and that these bonds help to make this a great community. Students come from all over the world and become valuable members of the multi-cultural community cultivated here by the Boarding Team.

Boarding Team members provide responsible adult support for the students in the Houses. Important qualities for contributing to a successful and effective boarding community include being professional, understanding, fair and consistent.

Our presence in the Boarding House is vital, ensuring a safe environment and providing a sense of security. Additionally, the more we are there for the students the more rewarding our relationships will be.
