The Role of Boarding Team Members

TASIS England Boarding Team members are committed to making students’ living environment safe, friendly, warm and caring. We work to create more than just a place to sleep and study; we want it to be a second home to boarding students. We hope students will feel comfortable interacting with everyone on the Boarding Team and that these bonds help to make this a great community. Students come from all over the world and become valuable members of the multi-cultural community cultivated here by the Boarding Team.

Boarding Team members provide responsible adult support for the students in the Houses. Important qualities for contributing to a successful and effective boarding community include being professional, understanding, fair and consistent.

Our presence in the Boarding House is vital, ensuring a safe environment and providing a sense of security. Additionally, the more we are there for the students the more rewarding our relationships will be.
