INS TRU CT IONS

1 . After fulfilling all the codal formalities, the Chairman will

finally sanction the Migration.

The School/ College Leaving Certificate shall not be issued until

the Migration has been sanctioned by the Chairman. No

admission without such sanction shall be considered valid.

3. Two Migrations are not allowed within 30 days.

4. Migration Form must only be attested by the head of the

institution where the candidate is studying. Admission can

only be granted until the candidate produces migration

certificate.

5. Head of the institution must verify all the particulars before

attesting the migration form.

6. Migration Form must be attested by the head of the institution

where the candidate wants migration.

7. In case the candidate wants migration from any Institution to

Govt. College, he/she must obtain NOC from Director Higher

Education Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Peshawar. While in case of

migration to higher secondary school, NOC shall be obtained

from concerned EDO (E&SE).

8. Duplicate Migration Certificate can be issued by depositing

Rs. 300/- accompanied by an Affidavit.
