CrossFit is the most effective way to improve your fitness. By fitness I mean every measure of fitness-strength, endurance, flexibility, stamina, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance and accuracy. ANYONE can do it. CrossFit is a fitness program that combines a wide variety of functional movements into really intense, usually short, workouts. We do pull-ups, squats, push-ups, weightlifting, gymnastics, running, rowing, and a host of other movements. Always varied, always changing, always producing results. Kids, cops, firefighters, soccer moms, Navy SEALS, and grandmas, all do CrossFit. What is Crossfit
CrossFit is a fitness program that combines a wide variety of functional movements into really intense, usually short,
workouts. We do pull-ups, squats, push-ups, weightlifting, gymnastics, running, rowing, and a host of other
movements. Always varied, always changing, always producing results.

"Growing up with team sports, there was a camaraderie that was developed by shared trials, shared losses and shared victories. After football I looked for this camaraderie in various rec sports, but I never felt like I was able to
recapture that spirit and my fitness suffered.
Four months ago I walked into Blue Valley CrossFit with the goal of seeing what this Gym was all about. What I found was a welcoming place with no mirrors, no scales but an abundance of good will and....camaraderie. On a
good week I go 4 days for one hour. In that hour I work out with Marathoners, College Students, recovering Couch Potatoes, Men and
Women and we all have the same goal. To push ourselves and each other as hard as we can to be in the best shape that we can be in.
