Examples of roles covered:
Strategy Consultant - to conduct research, stakeholder interviews,
mind-mapping sessions, and conducting features and functionality
workshops - 3 month contract.
Retail Interim Strategy Manager - to work with the management
team to develop operational strategies capable of delivering
corporate aims as an interim solution as an interim solution while the
client conducted a search campaign for a permanent Strategy
Manager.
Business Strategy Manager - working with the Board of Directors to
lead their business strategy development - covering a 6 month
contract whilst recruiting permanently.
Senior Strategy Manager - reporting to the Group Strategy Director
and working closely with other senior executives to focus on a long-
term vision around the evolution of existing markets. Analysis of
strategic projects, business issues and collaborating on cross-
functional projects - 6 month contract.
Senior Strategy Consultant – working for a growth strategy
boutique providing both General Strategy and Commercial Due
Diligence advice - 10 month project.
Carolyn combines her in-depth sector knowledge with a very

client’s objectives and develop longer termer collaborations.
Her experience spans across a range of sectors, from
Management Consultancy and Financial Services to Media
and Technology, and she brings with her a strong network of
