OPINIONS OF CALIFORNIA APPELLATE COURTSACCESSIBLE ON WEB— Hurry! They Are Deleted After 60 Days
The full texts of slip opinions of the California Supreme Court and theCalifornia Courts of Appeal that have been certified or ordered published arebeing posted on the State of California Judicial Branch Web site. Wheneverpossible, California Supreme Court opinions will be available immediately afterfiling, and Court of Appeal decisions will be available within hours of filing.The Supreme Court's two filing times are 10 a.m. Mondays and 10 a.m.Thursdays. Modifications to the opinions will be included as separatedocuments.
The opinions are provided as both Word 6.0 (.doc) and Adobe Acrobat(.pdf) documents. Generally, the opinions will be deleted from the site 60 daysafter filing.

FDA DOCUMENTS AVAILABLE ONLINE
There is a special Web page to provide rapid access to both the historicaland current FDA documents in either ASCII text (.TXT) or Adobe AcrobatPortable Document Format (.PDF). The identical files are available in thefda_fr area on the Federal Bulletin Board. Many of the pages in the PDF filesare scanned images of camera copy submitted for printing by FDA. When FDAhas provided text files that are equivalent to the camera copy, ASCII text filesare available with the following notation:

This ASCII text version of the document (TEXT) is not an officialcopy and has not been certified as identical to the text published in theFederal Register. The ASCII text was provided by FDA at a later timesolely to facilitate online access.
