BLACK FORESTMUG CAKE
E A S Y R E C I P E
1 large egg cup of sweetened Whipped Cream cup of granulated sugar cup of chopped cherries (canned or fresh)2 tablespoons of brandy or rum3 tablespoons of sour cream3 tablespoons of vegetable oil cup of self-rising flour teaspoon of pure vanilla extract2 tablespoons of shaved chocolate2 tablespoons of unsweetened cocoa powderPinch of salt
Take a large mug, mix the brandy and cherries in it.
Warm the mixture in microwave open for20 seconds and then set aside.
Take another mug, whisk oil and egg together with thehelp of a fork in it. Stir in the vanilla, sugar and sour cream.
Add flour, salt and cocoa. Mix well until smooth.
Fold in the kirsch & cherries.
Take 2 mugs and divide the batters separately
Bake the mixture in microwave oven separately for 1 _2 minutes until risen & firm.
Cover each cake with a mound of sweetened whippedcream. Garnish with shaved chocolate as well.
Serve Black Forest Mug Cake to your sweetheart witha bunch of red roses.
