(now IQor Group) (7 th May 10- 5 th May 2012) The organization specializes in Debt Collection Agency, Recovery Services, receivable management services, chargebacks, cash application, collections, collection letters, Cash Application Exception Processing, and Back-Office Support Services we utilize methodologies that include conducting up-front root cause analytics to identify and explain existing deficiencies, as well as post-initiative evaluations and ROI metrics that quantify the effectiveness of our solutions. CURRENT ORGANISATIONFrom Dec 8, 2014, I am Driving Credit and Collections of Complete India with Sciex Pte Ltd,(A Danaher operating company ). ((** Brought DSO down by 15 days from previous by 2015 end**)) SCIEX's global leadership and world-class service and support in the capillary electrophoresis and liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry industry. Following are my responsibilities and duties for my organisation:- Responsible for Credit administration and resolution of all related issues independently through proper analysis

however maintained TAT of 8 working hours for resolution, feedback with alternatives or proper escalation of every order.31. Maintain risk awareness through solid credit analysis of a strategic international portfolio and current customer list. Evaluate

credit risk, make recommendations on and/or set temporary credit limits on new and existing customer accounts.32. For listed customers, doing a credit check through Dunn and Bradstreet and other sources before recommendation.33. With every incoming order, I recommend my approval after checking customer credit matrix followed by overdue and

customer behaviour towards the collection activities in order to keep DSO below 60 days.34. Pushing system for a better Credit term to avoid potential frauds and risk with all Private and Govt. customers.35. Basis customer payment history and co-ordination behaviour, I recommend payment terms and credit term for Instrument

release of credit blocked orders and taking decision credit decisions. Responsible for all collections activities and AR management of all customers in India

Reporting: 38. Prepare and Circulate Monthly and weekly AR reports (Account Receivables) to Regional Sales and service heads, Finance

Manager(India), CFO (India), Managing Director(India).39. Monthly and weekly Credit hold customers, High Risk customers and High value but risky customers to Service heads and

Finance Manager.40. Weekly Collections report with forecast of further prospects through Visual management.41. Escalate potential bad-debts, collections issue to finance manager and concerning team for earliest resolution.42. Dispute management: 44. Co-ordinate with Sales & Service heads and regional managers, customer service manager, finance manager (India) and

taxation, Legal and EMEA finance controller for exact and complete resolution of disputed issue.45. Initiate weekly calls with all regional Service managers to resolve customer issue and payment issue.46. Escalate un-resolved issue and follow up till the resolution through flagging the risk and financial implications.
