Executive Profile KAY GEIGER PRESIDENT PNC BANK Greater Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky Kay Geiger is President of PNC Bank, Greater Cincinnati & Northern Kentucky. As President, Kay has overall client, community and employee responsibilities for the region, which includes 100 branches and 1,600 employees. PNC is one of the nation’s largest diversified financial services organizations and provides retail and business banking; residential mortgage banking; specialized services for corporations and government entities, including corporate banking, real estate finance and assetbased lending; wealth management and asset management. PNC is committed to the Cincinnati USA region through executive leadership, strategic investments and employee volunteerism that helps build strong communities and create financial opportunities for individuals. Prior to joining PNC, Kay held executive leadership roles in corporate banking at Bank of America as well as served on the Executive Management Committee for U.S. Bank and has held various senior level roles in its global services, international and corporate banking divisions. In addition, she has successfully led the integration teams for multiple bank acquisitions throughout her financial services career. Active in the community, Geiger currently serves on the executive committee of both the Cincinnati USA Regional Chamber as immediate past chair and REDI (Regional Economic Development Initiative). Kay is also chair of the 2014 Go Red for Women Campaign and serves on the boards of 3CDC, CincyTech, United Way of Greater Cincinnati, Cincinnati Business Committee, Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center Foundation, Zoological Society of Cincinnati, Ursuline Academy. Additionally, she is a member of the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland's Cincinnati Business Advisory Committee. Kay has received several awards in honor of her community leadership and professional accomplishments. Kay is a graduate of Miami University and earned her master’s degree in business administration from The Ohio State University.
