• Name of your bill• Why the bill is needed? • What is it going to do or solve? • Who will it affect?• Is it going to cost anything? • Who is going to make sure your law is obeyed?
The First Reading
• Nominate a party leader to read out your bill on the floor of the House
• The rest of the ‘House’ will vote on whether your bill should go forward to the next stage
