assistance with the design of a specialized SharePoint environment. I was asked to assist in the migration from SharePoint 2007 to SharePoint Online (with TFS 2012).

I served as the SME for the reporting component of this project, providing the architecture and requirements.

Senior Solution Manager, Mactus Group @ Microsoft, Redmond, WA Joined the WWLM (World Wide Lead Management) team with the mission of

acquiring quality leads from marketing events and then assigning those leads to the appropriate sales teams.

Provided solutions that helped to improve the quality, quantity, and speed of leads for the sales team, resulting in increased revenue for Microsoft.

This team was part of a large re-org where all contract positions were outsourced to the team in India.

05/2013 – 10/2013

Senior Program Manager, Prithvi @ Microsoft, Redmond, WA Worked on the SharePoint Online (SPO) team supporting the largest clients at

Microsoft, including all government contracts. I developed two main dashboards to support the SPOD Operations team

regarding CU, B2B, and V2V upgrades. Extensive work with TFS creating WIT templates, complex queries, and

reporting. Developed several processes for the SPOD Ops team o Created a meeting called The Post Mortem to drive improvement for future

projects.o Designed the Post Mortem Report. (See work portfolio for example.)o Built an escalations support calendar for 24x7 support.

Created the following reports: o Cost Analysiso Resource Time Utilizationo Project work Allocationo Utility Utilization.

Created an end to end reporting solution that pulled 4+ teams into a single TFS template (a complex hierarchy of scenarios, features, tasks, and bugs), replicated out for each customer and used by the various ops teams to record their work and hours for customer upgrades.

Built a SQL reporting database on the TFS reporting server that pulled in and aggregated the TFS data every 5 minutes for consumption by a very complex SSRS dashboard.

Technical Project Manager - Reporting, Advaiya @ Microsoft, Redmond, WA Worked on the Customer Experience Management (CEM) team supporting the

third most successful survey program at Microsoft for Premier and MCS services. The surveys spanned over 140 countries and 43 different languages.

Played a key role in the transition of multiple survey systems to one globalized IT system (MSVoice) for Premier and MCS survey programs.

Built, tested, and launched multiple reports that serviced stakeholders in the field using Excel, PowerPivot, and SSRS.

Created and presented a minimum of 4 slides in every MBU meeting, with over 50 key stakeholders from around the globe in attendance.

Multiple Program Management achievements:o Designed a triage program for the global Tier 3 level support queue.o Created a team knowledge retention program. o Managed cross-training schedules for the CEM team.o Created business cases, peer reviews, and research based proposals

Business Analyst - Lead, Express Services @ Microsoft, Bellevue, WA Partnered with various Microsoft Sales and Finance teams to set and shift

over 5 billion in sales quota for corporate accounts in North America. Developed large scale database models that supported team initiatives

regarding the increase of consistency, reliability, and accuracy in quota models. Set and reviewed requirements within BRDs and FSDs for the Microsoft IT team.

Built and assisted with development of new and existing data models for FY quota set.

Created new and administered existing models for monthly and quarterly quota shifts, supporting multiple business segments.

Processed all quota shifts, audit results, and views for stakeholders and incentive comp.

Developed best practices for management of sales quota with emphasis on data integrity and business ethics.

Successfully overhauled multiple, outdated quota models with disparaged data sources into a single database model with a reporting cube. This project has potential for global adoption with significant reduction in resource hours across multiple teams.

Project Manager II, Aditi @ Microsoft, Redmond, WA Managed all communications between product testers and executives for the

Developer Division Customer Connection team for the Microsoft Visual Studio and .NET Framework product.

Built the [Report a Bug] site that is displayed in the Visual Studio product help menu.

Created monthly reporting and PowerPoint slides regarding product status for Microsoft Senior Vice President, S. Somasegar.

Managed communications between bug triage team (CSS), located in China, and Microsoft’s developer division.

Created the Visual Studio and .NET Framework customer data scorecard. Applied trending and KPIs across Visual Studio versions and builds, and accurately predicted when to release a new build for testers.

Worked with Technology Adaption Program, MVP, Visual Studio Industry Partners, and Influential customers to resolve issues with the Visual Studio product.

Administered several (Limited Customer Technology Previews) LCTP releases. Administered and upgraded four customer “Connect” web sites. Created and maintained the DevX Customer Connection reporting site, used

to drive daily product meetings for the Visual Studio team.

Program Manager, Siemens @ Microsoft, Redmond, WA Directed a small team of project managers through all phases of deployment

projects. (Waterfall and Scrum project management methodologies, depending on project.)

Managed up to 25 deployment projects simultaneously, each having Project Managers, MCSEs, Procurement Specialists, and Data Center Technicians under my leadership using the scrum project management methodology.

Managed the procurement of data center hardware. Tracked and verified all orders.

Directed end-to-end solution reviews, which resulted in better alignment to business strategy and ensured plan/strategy buy-in.

Provided quantitative improvements in operational efficiency and effectiveness for service, sales, and marketing teams.

Created the Operations Scorecard Generator tool using SQL Server 2005, Excel, and SharePoint. The tool is mostly automated in collecting, scrubbing, and integrating data from twelve sources into one warehouse. SSIS packages were automated to aggregate the data for all Microsoft Properties.

Created a vendor database for tracking vendor hours by project. The database was used by two teams, and provided several automated reporting features for managers.

Senior Reporting Analyst, Expedia.com, Bellevue, WA Worked in the corporate reporting department of Expedia Corporate Travel

and was responsible for developing and automating corporate reporting systems, report design and enhancement, and enforcing data integrity.

Produced multiple reports at the request of customers. Solutions provided accurate metrics and analysis to assist customers in making vital business decisions.

Used multiple software tools to fully automate and produce daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly reporting for many of the nation’s top corporations. (SQL Server, Business Objects, VBA)

Senior Business Systems Analyst, Washington Mutual Bank, Seattle, WA Worked as part of the Pricing Strategy and Analytics team to develop

effective pricing strategies to optimize and maximize the balances for all interest bearing deposit products.

Provided data modeling tools, forecasting tools, and pricing elasticity models for product managers to make weekly rate changes in accordance with pricing strategies.

Responsible for creating and compiling the weekly pricing recommendation report. Executive officers including the CEO were on the mailing list for this report.

Managed the development of a SAS database for WaMu interest bearing deposit product interest rates and national competitor rates. This historical data was used for interest bearing deposit rate and WAMP forecasting. This project used a combination of Agile and Scrum project management methodologies.

Developed a database to allow product managers to log in to a central location and submit weekly rate changes to the Technology Solutions Group.
