UI/UX Designer Vacancy

bikeemotion is 4th generation bike sharing system with an easy way of locking/unlocking and tracking bicycles. It’s a smart system that learns from use, adapts to user’s needs and adjusts to the city. We envision a bike sharing that no longer needs docking stations. It always has a pick up and drop off point nearby allowing the interaction with other users

and with the city. Any city will be able to have a green, environmentally friendly and fun bicycle network, improving its attractiveness, image and urban quality of life.

We're looking for a highly motivated, strong communicator interested in designing innovative, user-centric applications for web and mobile. The UI/UX Designer will apply UCD methods and best practices to translate user needs, business objectives, and

technology capabilities into innovative, intuitive and visually engaging user experiences. This unique role requires someone comfortable working directly with C-level executives to bring new UX concepts to life though high fidelity proof of concept UI/UX designs and to help gain buy-in for new ideas through engaging, well-designed documentation.

Requirements: Solid understand of UI/UX best practices for application design; Expertise in Photoshop and Illustrator; Wireframing skills; Experience and confidence working with, presenting to and collaborating with senior

executives; Ability to define project scope and timelines and to manage deliverables within agreed

upon parameters; Excellent attention to detail;

Understanding of design as a problem solving discipline and not a “beautifier” process; Excellent verbal and written skills; Ability to work independently; Minimum 2 years of work experience in UI design for web and mobile applications; Bachelor's degree preferred in design-related discipline Interaction, Information or

Interface design, New Communication Technologies.
