I am writing this letter on behalf of Mr.Vytis Maleckas. I know Mr. Maleckassince July 2010 when he came to us with an open mind and spirit full oflove with the verybest intentions to serve my company Bigelow Heating & Air Conditioning Ltd as aVolunteer.
Hereby I confirm, that Mr. Vytis Maleckas has worked with my companyBigelow Heating & Air Conditioning Ltd. as Administrative Officer! Co-ordinator from June2011 till November 2012. Vytis learned fast and prooved that he knows well not only allnecessary Office Co-ordination but also Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditionong andRefrigeration Trade practices.
Vytis established work priorities, oversaw and co-ordinated officeadministrative procedures and review, evaluated and implemented new procedures;ensured deadlines are met and procedures are followed up; Carried out administrativeactivities of establishment; assembled data, prepared periodic and special reports,correspondence; Prepared and send Invoices to clients on a regular basis.
His almost 3 year career working with us Vytis started with impressivefurnace modification switching from DC fan motor to ACfan motor to one of my clientswhich requires high profile engineering knowledge.
Because he came with a hudge desire to gain overall Canadian expierience atfull scale he started as a helper from a very scratch. I remember his very first job was toremove old and very heavy cast iron boiler which he smashed to pieces with the sledgehammer. Vytis helped guys with the furnaces, boilers, chimny liners and ductless AirConditioners installation. Later on he worked as a supplyer of all necessary parts to theinstallion site also.
Vytis also proved himself as a perfect driver without any smallest infraction inallmost 3 years period of driving in GTA!
He was real willing horse in the dirtiest and hotest working spots of the job nomatter where it ~~ and served with sincere and real sweat, blood and struggle.
Vytis showed his engineering skills when he designed, estimated and installeda Solar Pool Water Heating system in one house.

Vytis designed, estimated, supplied, installed and launched Bigelow BuildingVideo Surveillance System which works perfectly as internally as on an any PC and/orAndroid device from remote location all over The World.
He upgraded, updated and optimized my companies PC, removed all viruses,malware and all unnecessary hazard programs from it.
Vytis digitalized all office work in general. Created a local Office Wi-FiIntranet, configured, upgraded and updated all office printers.
Recreated Companies all stationary forms including Invoices and Work Ordersin my unique style.
Ensured a normal office work in general.Vytis helped to rebuild the whole Bigelow Building sprinkler system. His
actions ensured to balance main sprinkler system valve hub and accomplished allnecessary paperwork and necessary documentation in the right way to get approval fromMunicipal Fire Protection Department.
He also proved himself as a highly skilled engineer helping me to redesign andrecalculate loads of a steam boiler heating systems.
At my Bigelow Building Vytis worked as Superintendant/Agent/Security guard.He influenced and instructed tenants to behave according Bigelow Building rules which heprepared by himself according my instructions. He instructed tenants to pay rent in time,collected rent in a regular basis from tenants, managed accounting fees book.Please feel free to contact me if you consider it necessary.
