VisionBethel | U is designed to provide up to 12-months of education, experience and exposure forindividuals who sense acall to ministry and desireintensive training within a
local church environment.ValuesThe holistic development of Students takes priority over their duties. We are more concerned with how interns grow through their experiences than what they can do for Bethel Church.
Students will have opportunities to grow their education, gifts, passions and leadership skills.
Student development will happen within community, on teams, and in proximity to leaders.
While students may serve primarily in one ministry area, interns will be exposed to a broad range of ministries and multi-site experiences.
In an environment that’s always moving, no week will ever look the same. In general, 30% of an intern’s time will be devoted to his/her assigned department(s) and mentor. 30% of time will be spent on course study through Northwest U. The final 30% will be around discipleship through daily discussion, teachings and chapel times. The final 10% is through having fun and exploring the Pacific Northwest!
