PASSYPRESS / SUPERPASSY

The name of this fruit already releases a certain part of its exotic characteristics. It is therefore used as superior ingredient in rather small amounts for a largenumber of products such as mixed juices and tropical cocktails.

With highly specialized technology for tropical fruits Bertuzzi also has the know-how to process passion fruits, either the small, purple type or the larger yellowtype. Special focus should be put on the dedicated juice extractor PASSYPRESS.

Bertuzzi‘s dedicated machine for passionfruit juiceextraction. The machine is available in different modelswith a capacity rangimg from 800 to 4.500 kg/h. Its technology is based on „explosion“ of the fruits.Depending on the size, the Passypress is equipped withguidance forks for a proper feeding and additional juicerecovery.
