Our Mission The Mission of UCP of Greater Cleveland is to empower children and adults with disabilities to advance their independence, productivity and inclusion in the community. UCP of Greater Cleveland was founded in 1950 and is a leader in disability services in Northeast Ohio. Each year, the agency serves more than 1,300 individuals with a variety of disabilities.

LeafBridgeA Center of Excellence for Children with Disabilities

UCP of Greater Cleveland’s premier therapy center, LeafBridge, fosters the physical, mental and emotional development of children with a wide variety of disabilities and developmental delays. Programs serve infants and children from birth through the age of 22 with individualized, multi-discipline pediatric therapy. We help families discover the bridge to independence with customized therapy options and family support services, provided in both our facility-based clinic and in school settings. www.leafbridge.org OakLeafA Center of Excellence for Adults with Disabilities

UCP of Greater Cleveland’s OakLeaf Services is dedicated to empowering adults with disabilities to live the highest quality, most productive life possible while achieving maximum independence in the community.
