n Corona Light Presents: Party at the Park

On Fridays, July 1st, 8th, and 15th, Corona Light and Belmont Park will be hosting the biggest parties on Long Island! Kick off your summer weekends with a 3:00 p.m. post time and a party that includes drink specials and great live concerts that happen on our backyard stage after the conclusion of live racing (approximately 7:15 p.m.). Join the celebration at Belmont Park for an afternoon and evening filled with the best in live racing, food, drinks, and music!

July 1st: LOU GRAMM BAND - Former Lead Singer of Foreigner Belmont’s Party at the Park Concert Series kickoff features the Lou Gramm Band! Gramm, former lead vocalist and co-writer of the multi-platinum band Foreigner — as well as a successful solo artist in his own right, remains one of the most recognizable performers in music today. On July 1st, Lou Gramm returns with The Lou Gramm Band, and a powerful live show featuring their distinctive sound.

July 8th: WONDROUS STORIES Next up, Wondrous Stories! Long Island’s most popular progressive rock band plays the best music of the 60’s, 70’s, and 80’s – including Yes, Genesis, Peter Gabriel, The Who, The Beatles, and more. Wondrous Stories has wowed audiences in venues ranging from B.B. King’s to the Bandshell at Jones Beach. On the evening of July 8th, they bring their reputation as the “band that can play just about anything” to Belmont Park’s backyard.

July 15th: BIG SHOT TRIBUTE BAND – The Ultimate Billy Joel Experience! The third leg of the Concert Series Triple Crown is Big Shot! Playing Billy Joel’s hit songs in a tribute so spot-on that Billy Joel himself said “They had a hard time convincing me that it wasn’t me.” Comprised of professional, national touring musicians, Big Shot is committed to the accurate reproduction of Billy Joel’s repertoire, and is versatile enough to also cover Elton John, The Beatles, Journey, Paul McCartney, Marc Cohn, Aerosmith, Bon Jovi and many others!
