THE MASTER TRAINER Mr.Angshuman Chatterjee is a certified trainer from Department of Training and Personnel, Government of India. He is the Master Trainer for Direct Trainer Skills & Design of Training. He has over 35 years of coaching & training experience, also has conducted over more than 150 workshops/seminars/programmes in India & abroad, with an understanding and experience of the business world. Coupled with his practical knowledge and passion for training and ability to establish rapport and trust, he is a ‘people person’.Mr. Chatterjee is currently working as Dean –Hospitality Management at IIAS School of Management, Kolkata.

One of the most important skills as a trainer therefore is designing learning and delivery training. It presents the executive skills and strategies that enhance your training competencies. The Design of Training Course (DoT) provides further advice and development opportunities to enable trainers to undertake the additional responsibilities of training design.
