A certified coach helps the coachee remove blockages in any/all four directions. The intervention is usually of 8-10 sessions of 60-90 minutes each

What Does The Program Entail?

• 5 days of classroom training conducted by a Master Trainer to build skills, know-how of the model and usage of tools. You will be provided with 2 coaching kits and questionnaires for your supervised coaching sessions.
• The classroom training needs to be followed up by 2 live coaching assignments. We strongly recommend that each participant chooses their first 2 assignments within 2-3 months of finishing the workshop. These two coaching assignments will be supervised by an experienced NEWS certified coach who will provide up to 4 hours of supervision per participant.
• Conditions for receiving the NEWS certificate:o Satisfactory completion of the 5 days of trainingo 2 coaching assignments, supervised by NEWS certified coaches. A total of 4
hours of supervisory conversations is included in this.
