BEACHCOMBER MOTEL ON THE WATER

PET POLICY

Your pets are welcome at our motel; however, we do ask for your cooperation

so that all of our guests may enjoy their stay.

I hereby agree to the following regulations and conditions while staying at the

Beachcomber Motel on the Water:

Only 1 pet is permitted per room unless Management has given prior

authorization to deviate from this.

Pet must be 20 pounds or less.

Pet must be declared at time the reservation is established or at the time

of registration and there is a $10.00 per day charge.

I agree to keep my pet out of the Lobby and Breakfast area.

I agree to keep my pet with me or a designated individual at all times,

and not leave him/her unattended in the room, even if crated.

For safety, pets must be on a leash AT ALL TIMES.

I agree to prevent noise or any other disturbance by my pet, in the interest

of other hotel guests.

EXCESSIVE BARKING OR PETS THAT FRIGHTEN OR ENDANGER OTHER GUESTS

WILL NOT BE TOLERATED.

Please – NO DOGS ON THE BEDS.

Guests traveling with a pet are required to take housekeeping service

each day of their stay.

I agree to pay additional cleaning bills or repairs should they be required

and discovered following my departure from the hotel.

A dog walk area is available behind the motel; please be considerate

and pick up your pet’s waste and use outside waste containers for

disposal.

I agree that I will not groom my pet in the hotel room.
