They found the expertise they were looking for in, Ken A. Callender, BSc, MRICS, the newly appointed Associate Director and Manager of BCQS’ Trini-dad and Tobago operations. According to Mr. Day, “With Ken we firmly believe we have found that person and it is our anticipation that our growth in Trinidad and Tobago will be rapid and sustained.”

Ken A. Callender, Chartered Valuation Surveyor, holds a BSc (Hons) Degree in Estate Management, from the Col-lege of Estate Management, University of Reading. He is a professional mem-ber of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) as well as a member of the Institute of Surveyors of Trinidad and Tobago.

Ken A. Callender said, “the launch party was a great opportunity for us to introduce our business and professional services to the local community,” adding, “we look forward to pursuing opportunities here and hope to meet the demands of the local market, by complementing, rather than competing with the services offered by the local professional firms. As the largest and leading multi-disciplinary firm of Chartered Surveyors and Property and Development Consultants in the region, we aim to add value to our clients with our local knowledge and global expertise.”
