Bavarian Cream
Bavarian creme is a creme anglais and gelatin mixture that is lightened with whipped cream and placed in a mold to set up
Crème anglais + flavor+ gelatin+ whipped cream=bavarian crème
The crème anglais usually has the addition of a flavor, raspberry for example. Bloomed gelatin is added to the warm crème anglais then the flavor, this is cooled and whipped cream is folded into the mixture while it is still in a thickened liquid form.
Bavorois- take the Bavarian mixture and pour into a mold
Bavarians- take the Bavarian creme and place in a mold with cake layers
Charlotte-take the Bavarian crème and put in a mold line with ladyfingers or roulades
