System Components

Battery Bank Gloabox

Battery Bank is connected to Gloabox through sensors Gloabox is then connected to PC Gloabox sends command to sensors and collects

information on voltage, temperature & charging/discharging current

Gloabox checks the parameters with set limit as per requirements

In case of limit violation, information is immediately send to field engineer or Centralised data centre

PC continuously collects data from Gloabox and stores in database

Alerts are highlighted on screen User can generate history reports

Features of Gloabox:

Microprocessor based processing: Gloabox has microprocessor based processing providing faster and reliable functioning of the hardware.

Real-time monitoring: It has near real time monitoring for I/Os. This ensures that all events and detected immediately without any delay.

Inbuilt digital contacts monitoring: The inbuilt module to monitor digital contacts is directly connected to the controller. Any change in contact is detected by the controller.

Wireless connectivity: A wireless module is provided by default the user can choose for different mode of wireless communication. The user has flexibility to choose from GSM. GPRS or RF based module. In one system only one mode can work.

Monitor analog signals: Gloabox also monitors analog signals of either 4-20mA or 0-10 VDC. The user has to specify which signals he wants to monitor.

Tagging: Gloabox allows user to provide unique tag (name) to each and every signal. The user can provide different tag for digital as well as analog signals. This is very essential in case of alerts and fault finding.

PC Connectivity: The user can also connect to PCif required. This feature is optional. It provides the flexibility to analyse the fault and history can be stored in database.
